The short version. We collect the minimum needed to run PostPop, we never sell your data, our analytics is first-party (no Google), and you can export or delete your account any time. Questions: privacy@getpostpop.com.

PostPop ("we", "us") is a product by Linkos. This policy explains what we collect when you use getpostpop.com and our app, why, and the choices you have. By using PostPop you agree to this policy.

Information we collect

Account data — your name, email and password (stored hashed, never in plain text) when you sign up.
Brand data — the website URL you provide and the colors, fonts and logo we derive from it to build your brand kit.
Content — the topics, posts, captions and exports you generate. Your content is yours (see our Terms).
Analytics — first-party page views only: an anonymous visitor id, a one-way hashed IP (never the raw IP), device type, referrer and approximate country/city. No Google Analytics, no cross-site tracking.
Billing data — when paid plans are available, payments are handled by our payment processor (Stripe); we never store card numbers.

How we use it

To provide and improve PostPop — generating, rendering and exporting your posts.
To understand which pages and features are useful (first-party analytics only).
To communicate with you about your account and, if you opt in, product updates.

How we share it

We do not sell your personal information. We share data only with the processors that make PostPop work — hosting and database (Supabase), our AI provider for generation, and our payment processor (Stripe) when paid plans are live — under agreements that limit their use to our instructions. We disclose data otherwise only where legally required.

Your rights & controls

You can access, correct, export or delete your data at any time from your account, or by contacting us. If you are in the EU/EEA or UK, under the GDPR you also have the right to restrict or object to processing, and to lodge a complaint with your supervisory authority. Email privacy@getpostpop.com and we'll respond within 30 days.

Retention & security

We keep account data while your account is active and delete personal data within 30 days of account deletion. Raw analytics events are pruned on a rolling basis. We use industry-standard measures to protect your data, though no method is perfectly secure.
