These terms govern your use of PostPop, a product by Linkos. By creating an account you agree to them.

Your account

You're responsible for your account and for keeping your password secure. You must be able to form a binding contract to use PostPop.

Plans & billing

• The Free plan is available today. Paid plans (Creator, Agency) are described on our pricing section and are launching soon.
• When paid plans go live, they are billed in euros (€) through our payment processor (Stripe), renew until cancelled, and you can cancel any time — access continues until the end of the paid period.
• Plan limits (brand kits, monthly posts, watermark) apply as described for each plan.

Your content

You own the brands, topics and posts you create. You grant us the limited rights needed to generate, render, store and export your content for you. You're responsible for having the right to use any brand assets and website you provide.

Acceptable use

Don't use PostPop to create unlawful, deceptive or infringing content, to impersonate others, or to abuse the service. We may suspend accounts that break these rules.

AI-generated output

PostPop assists with copy and design. Output may need review — you're responsible for what you publish. We flag claims that need a source and never knowingly fabricate statistics.

Availability & liability

PostPop is provided "as is." We work to keep it available but don't guarantee uninterrupted service, and our liability is limited to the extent permitted by law.
