Ten seconds

Do it in 5 steps

1

Fill my month

Studio → Fill my month. Twelve topics drawn from your brand’s own website copy, in about ten seconds. Free, and generating none of them yet.

2

Switch to Calendar

The same twelve ideas, on the days you would actually post them. Nothing has been generated — these are still just topics with dates.

MTWTFSSStep 2
3

Drag one to another day

Drop it on an empty day and it moves. Drop it on a day that already has a post and the two swap — the day says SWAP before you let go, so nothing surprising happens.

4

Generate the ones you want

Click a planned card to generate it. It turns solid once the post exists, and only then does it count against your monthly allowance.

Download and post

PostPop hands you the files. The dates are your plan, not a publish time — nothing here posts to your accounts.

How a month behaves

Three rules, and none of them can lose a topic.

Drop on an empty day

The post moves there. Its topic, template and any generated images come with it — only the date changes.

MTWTFSSMOVE

Drop on a day that is taken

The two trade places, and the day says so before you let go. There is no drop in this screen that overwrites a post, because there is no version of losing a topic worth the simplicity.

The same plan, as a list

Seven columns on a 375px screen is not compact, it is unreadable. Below that width the same cards become a date-grouped list, one day per row, nothing hidden.

TIP
PostPop does not post for you. A month grid with dates on it looks exactly like a scheduler, and it is not one. The dates are your plan; the files are still yours to publish. We would rather say this twice than have you find out on a Tuesday when nothing went live.

From a pile to a plan

Twelve undated cards in a grid — and the same twelve on a month, four of them already made.

Before — twelve ideas, no dates

A pile of cards. Nothing to move, nothing to swap.

After — on the days you would post them

Green is already made, dashed is still planned. Drag either one.

Common questions

Does planning cost me posts?+
No. Writing the twelve ideas is free and always has been. Only generating a post counts against your monthly allowance.
What if I planned a month before the calendar existed?+
It opens on a sensible calendar — three a week, Monday, Wednesday, Friday — and the first time you drag something, that becomes a real date.
Can I move a post to a different month?+
Not by dragging. Use the month arrows and drag within the month; cross-month dragging needs two months on screen for something people do rarely.
Can two posts share a day?+
Yes. They stack, and the cell grows.
Which plans include it?+
Fill my month is free on every plan. Arranging on the calendar is Creator and every lifetime tier — your twelve ideas do not change.
