Turn an article into a carousel

Paste something you already wrote. PostPop finds the load-bearing lines, cuts each to fit a slide, and shows you exactly what it dropped — in your words, never rewritten.

Do it in 5 steps

1

Open Remix and paste

It takes a URL or a paste, and the paste is the one to use when the writing is already yours. Several hundred words up to a few thousand works; below that there is nothing to choose between.

2

Look at what it picked

You get a mapping screen: each slide, the line it came from, and the words struck through where it cut. Nothing is hidden behind a "generate" button — the trade is visible before you accept it.

3

Check the lines it flagged

Some sentences cannot be shortened without changing what they claim. A list of four names cut after the second is a different sentence, not a shorter one. Where that happens the row says so instead of presenting a tidy label, and you cut it yourself.

4

Edit anything you disagree with

Every slide is editable before you generate. The cuts are a proposal, not a verdict, and the original text stays beside them so you can see what was there.

Generate

It becomes a normal carousel in your brand kit — same templates, same designs, same exports. From there it is a post like any other, and it can go out as a video too.

Why it only ever deletes

The rule that makes this safe to use on your own writing.

Every output is your input minus characters

Not paraphrased, not "tightened", not put in another voice. If a line will not fit, words come out — and the ones that came out are shown. Your sentence is still your sentence.

DELETIONCheck your flashing, which is the metal strip, before the first frost.Struck through = removed. Everything else ischaracter-for-character what you wrote. No paraphrase. No “tightening”. No other voice.

A deletion can still lie

Cutting "Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday" after the second item is shorter and false. It never breaks a comma list, and where nothing can come out safely it says so rather than quietly changing your claim.

About 120 characters a slide

That is what a slide holds at a readable size — not a limit we invented but what the renderer can set without shrinking the type to nothing. Ten slides maximum, so a long article becomes a post, not a book.

TIP
Prefer to start from a URL? Remix takes both. A URL fetches the page and does the same job; a paste is better when the text lives somewhere we cannot reach, like a newsletter or a document. See Guide 02 · Turn a topic into a swipe post.

The same paragraph, two ways

One was rewritten to fit. One had words removed and shows you which.

Rewritten to fit
“Optimise your roofing maintenance cadence.”Shorter. Also not a sentence you have ever said.

It fits, and it sounds like a different company wrote it.

Trimmed, and shown
Check your flashing, the metal strip, before frost.Shorter, and still yours — with the cut visible.

Same length on the slide. You can see precisely what it took.

Common questions

Will it rewrite my words?+
No. Every line on a slide is your line with characters removed, and the removed ones are struck through so you can see exactly what went.
How long should the article be?+
A few hundred words up to a few thousand. Shorter than that and there is nothing to select between; much longer and you are better picking a section.
Why did it leave one line long?+
Because shortening it would have changed what it said — usually a list. It flags the row instead of silently making the claim smaller. That one is yours to cut.
How many slides do I get?+
Up to ten. An article with more good lines than that becomes two posts, which is usually the better answer anyway.
Does it work on someone else’s article?+
Technically yes, and think hard about it. The output is their sentences with words removed, which is still their writing.

The post is already written.
