The library belongs to the brand kit, not to your account. If you run several clients, each one has its own and they never see each other — the same rule a client folder follows, for the same reason.
Not one file at a time. Drop a folder of twenty onto the grid and they all upload. JPG, PNG or WEBP, up to 10 MB each, which is well above what a phone produces.
The picker is in three places and it is the same picker in all of them: the Photo template in the composer, Replace photo in Edit slides, and both halves of a Before/After. Anything you upload while making a post also lands in the library, so you never have to come here first.
The grid is sorted by how many posts used each photo, not by when you uploaded it. The badge on a tile is that count. After a month this is the most useful thing on the screen — the photo you reach for is the one you already reached for.
Remove takes it out of the grid and KEEPS the file, which means it frees no space, and the screen says so next to the storage bar. A photo in your library is a photo inside finished posts: delete the file and every post that used it breaks, including ones you downloaded months ago.
Storage, sharing, and what happens to old posts.
Per account, across every kit, and 10 MB for a single file. At a typical three megabytes a photo that is roughly thirty, a hundred and sixty, or three hundred and forty pictures. Eight posts a month cannot use the free one.
Each brand kit has its own library. If you run an agency that is not a limitation, it is the requirement — a shared pool is the kind of thing that cannot be un-shipped once somebody has seen the wrong photograph.
The file stays so that every post that used it keeps rendering — in your Library, in a grid preview, and in anything a client already has a link to. Real deletion happens on our side once nothing references the photo at all.
The same class photo, before and after there was somewhere to put it.
Re-uploaded for every attempt, with no screen anywhere that listed what you already had.
And the badge tells you which one you keep coming back to, which is the one to shoot more of.
